Parisa Ghebleh, LICSW: Team Members

I believe that everyone has the tools, strengths, and solutions to assist them through any life challenges—they just may need a little support and guidance to find them.

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive and collaborative partnership with you so we can work together to highlight your strengths, validate your struggles, and reflect and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that can sometimes get in your way. By providing a safe space and listening ear, I hope to help you discover your resiliency and empower you to move towards the meaningful change that you desire. Understanding that the intersectionality of identities and life experiences impact our mental wellness, I strive to help you process and break down those facets of our lives.

In my career, I have worked with teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions or wanting to make healthy lifestyle changes. As a mixed race, white-passing person, I understand what it feels like to struggle navigating different worlds while never really quite fitting into any. I am excited at the opportunity to connect with and support others with similar experiences of “not fitting in” as you navigate and progress through multiracial identity journeys.

My style of therapy uses relationship building at its core while drawing from the following therapeutic modalities: trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
